Our VULCAN range of digitally controlled galvo-driven laser markers with embedded Fibre lasers offer our customers cost-effective laser marking solutions in an extremely reliable and robust package. At the heart of the system is a state-of-the-art Fibre laser operating at a wavelength of ~1064nm which makes them ideal for marking metals and ceramics. With laser powers from 10-100W in our entry-level package our systems provide precision and accuracy of performance and are perfect for most everyday marking applications. Marking fields are typically 50-200mm with a high degree of consistency in the mark quality over the whole marking area.
Typical uses include marking on most metallic and some plastic surfaces for the production of bar-codes, alpha-numeric's and graphics. Our range comes with either a platform stand for placement of the target item or a rotary device as an optional extra. A marking on-the-fly facility is also available.
