Over this period, our workload increased significantly, so we decided to purchase a new system to replace the existing three laser cutters. Millennium were able to provide us a single laser system that had the capacity to manage all our production requirements. We found Paul to be always helpful in giving advice and would recommend Millennium Lasers to anyone who was thinking of purchasing a new laser.

Sun Signs needed to improve productivity from our existing laser cutting system. We decided to upgrade our current 80W laser system to a 150W tube to speed up production. Paul was very helpful in explaining what would be required to make the machine upgrade. Millennium Lasers supplied us with a 150W laser tube, an appropriate HV power supply, some mirrors, and a focusing lens. Paul made the machine modifications and showed us how to optimise beam alignment to maximise our productivity. Millennium Lasers provided good service, and Paul’s willingness to share knowledge and experience will help with future machine maintenance.

Renico was investigating potential suppliers of fibre laser markers for a range of metals, including stainless steel. A phone consultation with Paul Mason of Millennium subsequently resulted in Paul visiting our Glasgow premises. He provided various metallic samples of permanent laser printed formats produced by Millennium Lasers fibre marking system. These formats included colours that could be produced at very high speeds. This could provide future opportunities for adoption in Renico’s manufacturing process. We were delighted with the service provided by Paul and can’t recommend Millennium highly enough.
